3D Print Request Form

Complete this form to submit your 3D print request. In the chance of a failed print, we will try to reprint 2 times before determining the file needs to be revised. All prints will be mailed to your home unless deemed too fragile for shipping. Fragile prints will be available for pick up at a library distribution or return events, and you will be contacted with the dates of those as they arrive. We are currently only able to print in 2.85 mm PLA or PETG. All prints will be printed in standard detail unless noted otherwise. If you want to know our current color availability, please join the zoom room open sessions. Color availability is not guaranteed. If you have a preference, please list your next-preferred options as a backup.
